You can eat nicely cooked bacon here. Good chocolate truffles, Brezeln and chocolate bacon are the best dishes. You will appreciate delicious wine, bourbon or liqueur at this confectionary restaurant. It is nice to enjoy great hot chocolate, chocolate frappe or chocolate milk.

The Chocolate Boutique is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Prices are found average here. The nice atmosphere does not attract people. But this place has got Google 4.2 according to the guests' opinions.

The Chocolate Boutique is a European-themed gourmet chocolate shop located in Lafayette Village in North Raleigh. The shop is located on the side of the shopping center from Falls of the Neuse Rd. There is plenty of parking close to the shop. The shop sells Swiss and Belgian chocolates, other candies, and some fun merchandise too. They also have ice cream, which is nice on these hot summer days. They sell some items that they already prepacked, or you can buy them from the case. Besides just selling chocolate, they have chocolate parties where you and a group can learn about chocolate and make some of your own to take home. I am working on getting a group together to take one of these fun classes.

I wanted to avoid a public review - but after I attempted to give feedback and resolve this through their website, we haven’t been followed up with in a month. I got the date night experience for my wife and I. The shop advertises beer/wine as part of the experience. They did not provide that. A 17 year old was left alone in the store to run the experience and take care of retail customers at the same time. It would have been illegal for her to serve the advertised beer/wine. She was also undertrained and knew very little about chocolate making and details. We ended up paying over $60 per person to pour some melted chocolate into a mold. The entire experience lasted about 35 minutes. Thank god it was so bad my wife thought it was funny. They still haven’t contacted me and I feel like we weren’t provided what was advertised. Do not waste your money one this experience.

I brought my team in last night for a team building event. We got to make valentine chocolates, drink wine, taste chocolate covered strawberries and learn about chocolate making. We all have a great time! The staff were knowledgeable and friendly.
