Papaya salad with pig ear was good: big & crisp. The crispy bits added delightful texture. Fermented pork sticks were good: tender, crispy, with a nice Vietnamese herb taste. Dipping sauce very spicy

Beef stew taco started good but flavours didn't come together. Had hard shell, was deep fried. Contents were creative but it didn't have a bright taste like most tacos, even with the addition of lime
