I sadly had breakfast before finding this lovely cafe. O Bachan was so sweet and lovely the Matcha and Coffee with Ice cream was delicious. Definitely a place to check out if you’re in Yamaguchi. The store in front is snacks and packaged foods etc I loved the dried soy snacks. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

唐戸市場を満喫したあと、車で移動して休憩がてら立ち寄った純喫茶長寿。 思いがけず、2026年初あんみつをいただきました 店内はまるで日本昔話の世界に迷い込んだような、懐かしくて落ち着く雰囲気。 優しい甘さが引き立つあんみつもとても美味しく、空間も味も含めてすっかり虜に ほっと一息つきたいときにぴったりの喫茶店です。 After enjoying Karato Market, we drove over and stopped by Jun Kissaten Chōju for a relaxing break. Unexpectedly, I got to enjoy my first anmitsu of 2026 The interior feels nostalgic and calming, as if you’ve stepped into the world of an old Japanese folktale. The anmitsu, with its gentle and well-balanced sweetness, was absolutely delicious, and I fell in love with both the atmosphere and the flavors A perfect café to stop by when you want to slow down and take a peaceful break.
