Very disappointed. The kimchi jjigae was super small and had barely any meat. The soup was also a bit too salty for my taste, at least I’ve never ordered one this small and higher on the sodium levels content. I was looking forward to eating form this place, but unfortunately my experience did not go well. The teokbokki is on the overly sweeter side but that always depends how this one is made by the restaurant, and it wasn’t awful completely but I could not eat it Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Recommended dishes: Kimchi Stew, Dukboki

I didn't try the food, and I can't say much about the service. She shoved us out the door before we even got a chance to look at any menus. She (the owner, the cook, and the sole proprietor) explained that she was behind on her orders, therefore she was unable/unwilling to serve us. She offered to-go only. I arrived as a first time customer looking forward to a dine-in experience, however I stood up and followed through with her dismissal. She's too cheap to hire a hostess/server, and I'm too self-righteous to give Chong's Korean Restaurant another shot. Don't waste your gas. Keep your dignity. Find another place to eat who will treat its customers like potential income instead of a commodity. Chong's Korean Restaurant is not a welcoming place.
