Choobi Choobi Legazpi is pretty near Liberty Bell. The truth is that you will really like perfectly cooked prawns. A number of visitors highlight that the staff is nice at this restaurant. Ang TAGAL NG SERVICE!!!!!!!! It took them 45min to serve the 2 dishes that we ordered..

I came in at 12:00 noon and ordered a couple of dishes and was told to wait fir 15-20 mins. 45 mins later still no food.
