I use to come here often and have given 5 stars. This is the second time being disappointed out of the 10 times coming. Last time my fish still had the scales on. This time my egusi was not flavorful like it usually is. I will probably try again once more in a few months. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I’m really disappointed with my experience here. Instead of using fresh chicken, it seems like they rely on rotisserie chicken that tastes old and not fresh at all. The quality of the food was very poor and not what I expected. What made things worse was the lack of honesty when I brought the issue up, which is frustrating as a customer. Overall, not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend it based on the food quality and customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

What you failed to share here is that you are using fake name to post the same complaints, almost two weeks after we banned you from our platform. Let’s get this straight. We were not dishonest with you. Yes you complained about our chicken. But your complaint was not about the tastes. Your complaint was that our chickens were too tender. You asked that we should switch our chicken to hen as preferred by you and that you wouldn’t mind paying more for it. I informed you that our menu is determined by our customers preference and for about four years, they preferred our American chicken as served. It’s pathetic that you would come to this level to disparage our business by using a different name. . We wish you best in whatever challenges you are facing.

I really was looking forward to trying this food out so I placed an order on DoorDash. Waited 30 minutes and the store cancelled the order... why confirm it just to cancel it. Very disappointed and frustrated.
