After seeing this place on social media, I was excited to try some good peruvian/thai food, but honestly, the peruvian food was a bit underwhelming. I think their burger and fries are better. I probably wouldn't go back, but the kitchen staff was so nice, friendly, and helpful that I would go back just for them. Atmosphere was okay. I think I was expecting a latin vibe, but I did not get that. It's not a bad place to go to if you're in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. This is the perfect place to stop in and grab a quick bite. There is one table, and plenty of space inside of the bar next door to eat, but I love having the option to just grab-n-go when I want something really good to eat at home. There is a good amount of side options and entrees, and you can order from a couple different menus, similar to a ghost kitchen, if you're in the mood for a different type of cuisine. I went to the Chop Shop for lunch today. The Peruvian Chicken and sides are good. Jose Joya was very nice in getting my order ready to go. I would recommend coming here for a quick lunchtime pickup spot.
