Too bad the bone in short rib is going away, had one for the last time and boy will I miss it. Excellent experience every time we go.

My son booked a reservation for our family of seven at Chop Steakhouse & Bar on October 19th. I am sorry to say it was a great disappointment. Two of my family members had driven 45 minutes to meet here for dinner and to celebrate my birthday. The service was terrible!! The appetizer took forever to come out. Dinner also took a long time to be served and when it was served the orders were mixed up. The server poured water into my grandson's pop. I told her it was pop not water. She laughed and walked away. She did not offer to replace it. We asked the server about bringing in a birthday cake. She said she would check with her manager. She never came back with an answer. We never got our bill either. I would not recommend this establishment due to the extremely poor service.
