Response from the owner 2 years ago

I am sorry to hear you have had a bad experience. We ensure all our drivers speak English as a minimum and teach them Romanian. You you would let me know the name of the driver or when he delivered I will find out what happened.

Response from the owner 2 years ago

I am sorry for your experience. It could be some of the new drivers you have had this experience with. We have many that speak both English and Romanian. We hope we can convince you in the future of our service.
