I had a take-out 500 yen curry bento. The rice was overcooked (kind of if you just cooked it in a pan, not rice cooker), and the curry compartment in the box was small, and the curry was watered down like Hokkaido soup curry. I work nearby, so I was thinking I could have it sometimes because it's convenient, but no Next time I will just use a pouch (レトルトカレー) and bring my own rice I guess it is what you get for 500 yen these days. Price per person: ¥1–1,000

Cafe Chopin is an AWESOME establishment near Tokyo Skytree! It has a welcoming atmosphere and is foreigner friendly! The chef & owner, Tomomi-san, makes excellent food! She is very happy to share conversations, even if your Japanese is minimal like mine. If you're in the Tokyo area, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking this place out Note: "Breakfast menu" is served the entire day Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
