So decided to try Chopped HTX. Very disappointed on the service. As a black owned business you want people to come to and support your business but never have oxtails or you out of rice which this is one of the main items you selling and people are coming to your business for, seem to not have or running out 3 or 4 hours before you close. It’s bad business practice. You got 1 cook fixing everything on 1 grill that is about 20 to 24 inches. Just wish black owner stop taking short cuts and spend the money on having the food for there business that you asking patron to pay and not have to wait an hour to get there food it’s ridiculous. It doesn’t matter how good your food is or flavored it’s having the knowledge of running a business as a restaurant and honoring your patron time. This is and observation of black owned businesses closing because we don’t want to do the work. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: $50–60
