Awful service, Lucas the supervisor is useless and the other woman who would not give me her name, I couldn't believe her attitude, especially for someone who can't even understand English properly. I am advising everyone I know to avoid this place.

I visited chopped today and was extremely unimpressed with one particular person from my knowledge this person was wearing a black top and seemed to be the manager she was extremely unpolite to the staff coming across as nearly a threat and she was very aggressive towards customers also this needs to be sorted as nobody such be managed by this behavior nor talked to as a customer

The food is fresh and wholesome, as it should be for the price you are paying for it. However , I certainly agree the service behind the till can be very passive agressive and borderline rude and it comes mainly from one individual. This unfortunately makes ordering a salad an unpleasant experience. I do not understand how the management have not acknowledged and fixed this issue yet with further customer service training as its it's obviously needed. I am a regular, the rest of the staff are nice, I wouldn't go so far as to say they are friendly but I do think they have some growing in terms of providing solid customer service to paying customers. I hate to complain however unfortunately its very much warranted in this instance.
