Ordered food a good 2 hours before the restaurant closed, they took my money but then decided against delivering my food. Queried on the app but got no response. The service is abysmal! I would say you have a 50% chance of the food arriving on time, if it arrives at all! Utterly chaotic ordering system, no contact from Chopsticks, then an apology that they're "very busy". The last time it was clear they hadn't even processed the order. The food is fantastic though, but not worth the shoddy service. Get a grip Chopsticks.
