The vibe in here is so cool ! We ate at the restaurant with great views of Manchester City skyline was really fortunate to see the sun setting as we dinned also in the summer months the roof comes back & you are sat outside on terrace so I’m definitely goin back in summertime. The service was outstanding thank you Rashkov for making the night even more special as was my friends birthday & He got a free glass of champagne & a birthday message written on his plate. The food was stunning they have gluten free,vegan& veggie options to the cocktails are outstanding & they have the most MEZCALS in the city. The toilets to are a head turner it’s just like wow. Would definitely recommend this place Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section Dietary restrictions: Vegan & gluten free options

Last night I had such an amazing experience at Chotto Matte. In fact it left me in an awe! From the friendly reception ( gorgeous girls in red!) then amazing cocktails omg those cocktails we’re an art! Then the food . I am a big big food lover but i’m difficult to satisfy as I have a long restaurants list experience lol The food was just wow! Oh did I mention our absolutely legendary waiters Mariyan and Maikel who just sprinkled the whole experience with the fairy dust of professionalism combined with the loveliest , warmest , kindest attitude! I simply love you guys. You are legends! Thank you to the whole team making my stay there unforgettable Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection

A birthday dinner I will never forget — thank you, Chotto Matte Manchester I celebrated my birthday solo at Chotto Matte Manchester, and I left feeling more seen and celebrated than I could have imagined. A few days have passed since my visit but I wanted to take the time to write this properly and give this incredible team the flowers they so deserve. From the very first moment, the host Grace, set the tone for the entire evening. Her warmth and energy were infectious. She greeted me so warm, stayed attentive throughout, and when I asked if she could take some birthday photos for me, she didn’t just oblige, she hyped me up the way a good friend would. Grace, you made me feel like the birthday girl I was, and I’ll always remember that. Vajetha and Kelcie — the care you both showed during my dinner was exactly what I needed. There’s a particular kind of warmth that can’t be manufactured, and you both have it in abundance. And the surprise birthday cake with a candle, and having that moment captured for me? Genuinely special. Thank you. To Jordan, Kurt and Olivier — it says everything about your leadership that despite clearly being the people running this place, you still had time to see your guests and make them feel valued. You were all so lovely to speak with, and it’s clear that the culture of warmth in this restaurant flows directly from you. A special mention to Jordan for the food. I came in having chosen the pre-theatre menu without knowing too much about what to expect, and it completely blew me away. I am someone who takes both great food and great service seriously, and the menu delivered on every level. Standout dishes for me were the sea bass ceviche and the pollo den miso of which both were absolutely delicious. The flavours were perfectly balanced, the variety was exciting and every dish felt considered and intentional. For a set menu, the quality and creativity were outstanding and it felt anything but an afterthought. I feel genuinely honoured to have experienced your cooking. Chotto Matte Manchester has become my favourite restaurant not just in the city, but full stop. I cannot wait to return.
