If you go up the elevator to a building in the center of Sakae, you'll find a corridor lined with long-established shops, and a quiet door nestled at the very back of the corridor. The first visit is quite difficult, but when you open the door, you are surrounded by antique glass and the dark atmosphere creates a soothing atmosphere. It's a cozy space, even though you're confused by the darkness, which is more than you expected. One of the charms of Chotto Bar is the conversation you can have with the beautiful tsundere bar tenders from Akita Prefecture. He has a kind side as well, even playing with Othello until the wee hours of the morning. The charge is a reasonable 500 yen, but the alcohol is authentic. I always have Hakushu on hand, which is hard to come by these days, so every time I try Hakushu Highball, I get tipsy. Owners of affiliated stores often arrive in the middle of the night. I'm quite serious while bartending, but when I drink alcohol I become a different person lol The ability of a tsundere female bartender to create a space where such a figure is accepted as a part of charm. Personally, this is my favorite shop, and I would like to introduce it to my friends as well.
