This place is under new management FINALLY!!! They recently updated/changed management and it most definitely shows in the food, service and atmosphere- all are fantastic. This is a really great sushi spot for delicious and fresh fish that won't break one's budget. The service is impeccable - plates were cleared immediately and water remained filled. Their lunch special is affordable and delicious. One of the my favorite dishes is Tuna and Salmon towers. They are incredibly tasty with just the perfect layers of crab, avocado, tuna and rice topped with an amazing sauce. From ambience to service to food presentation and quality, Chou Cho Sushi deserves 5 stars all around.
