ごぼ天うどん1000円。PayPay可。うどん居酒屋というジャンルを切り拓いた福岡市薬院に本店のあるお店とのこと。お店の名前、なんて読むかと思ったら、「にわかや」とのこと。を「わかる」と読ませるんですね。さすが博多のお店だけあって、にわか面へのリスペクトが素晴らしいです。さて、肝心のごぼ天うどんですが、極めて普通でした。さすがに、これで千円は無いなー。大手町だからこそ、成り立つ価格帯だと思います。 Goboten Udon is 1000 yen. PayPay accepted. This restaurant is apparently a pioneer of the udon izakaya genre, with its main branch in Yakuin, Fukuoka City. I wondered how to pronounce the name of the restaurant, and it turns out it's "Niwakaya". The circle is read as "wakaru" (to understand). As expected of a restaurant in Hakata, their respect for Niwaka noodles is wonderful. Now, as for the goboten udon itself, it was extremely ordinary. It's definitely not worth 1000 yen.
