The rice was not that tasty, and the noodles were more like a Noodle soup with no flavour.
Didn't really enjoy the lunch as i was expecting much tastier food.
*The service staffs are very rude and does not know the meaning of customer service.
*The service guy Aldrin is really very very non courteous. I ordered Iced Tea and it came with ice cubes of course and I requested him to pls remove the ice, and he said why didn't you order before itself without ice?
*Plus, he brought a spoon and a service tray and took my glass to remove the ice taking it on the side but then he took it away and removed it and got it back.
*He just got two packets of cutlery for a table of four people and we were wondering why only two but only after opening the packets we saw that each packet has two set of cutleries which we were not informed already.
*The straws were just thrown on the table while giving to us
*We had specified in our order that we want fried Siomai with our spicy nasi goreng, but it came steamed and when we asked Aldrin to change it to fried then he asked was it ordered before?? and then he went to clear the other table instead of getting my order and making me wait.
*The worst of it was the that while we started eating there was a big plastic piece of cling film found in my colleagues nasi goreng which we ordered at 13:00 at the Mirqab Mall branch on 28th November, 2020. Pictures are attached. And we told this this service guy Aldrin who was clearing table on our right about it right away, he is saying that it is probably garlic skin but my friend couldn’t chew it and hence when she removed it from her mouth we came to know its cling film. The lady and the other guy either who is the restaurant manager, and the operations manager weren’t being apologetic enough with their heart as we are from hotel industry ourselves and we know the importance of customer service. This plastic piece if landed in the stomach of my friend that would have been very very disastrous. When asked about it the lady is telling that the vegetables are wrapped with this cling film hence maybe by mistake this piece would have landed in the nasi goreng during preparation, like really???
*The service guy was not courteous at all even after bringing him to the table to apologize. The nasi goreng was replaced with a new one, and only on our table 4 complimentary caramel custards were given to rectify their mistake.
*And when we left the restaurant, none of the staff were there to bid bye or apologize including this Aldrin who was clearing at one of the tables near the entrance/exit.
It is really sad and disappointing to see such a disastrous attitude from people from hospitality industry without having any compassion or customer service towards the guests.
