I wish I could give this location zero stars. THEY advertised an extra sensory friendly event, for today 10/27. When we walked in with 2 excited autistic children dressed in costume, we quickly found out that they just decided to cancel the event to accommodate a private birthday party. I guess they care more about money than they do the special needs community. You think you’re being inclusive and understanding about children with special needs by having these events? Clearly if you think it’s okay to get autistic children (and other special needs children) excited just to disappoint them, then you are no ally of the community. I even called earlier in the week to inquire about it and at no time was I told it was canceled. Shame on this location! Don’t advertise something you cannot honor and with no other explanation received except “we got an email from corporate so it’s canceled”. No real apology, no offer to make it right, nothing. I think it’s time to look for a business that actually cares about the special needs community because Chuck E. Cheese clearly does not. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I like to start this reveal by prefacing that I have been coming to this particular Chuck E. Cheese since my now 17-year-old daughter was about six or seven years old. We would come to this establishment maybe once a month once every two months but I now have a four year-old son, and we come to Chuck E. Cheese in Hicksville at least twice a week at minimum! Maurice and his staff, Matt, yamie, jack they are always providing impeccable. Customer service With Smiles that are always so welcoming, we go there so much that they know our names now and instead of a quick hello it’s now with a hug! We love coming here. The best part about this place is that it not only entertains the children, but I always ALWAYS have a great time with my son playing ALL THE GAMES, from the toddler ones to the halo games that I love playing & my four-year-old loves playing now To the physical games like ski ball and basketball! This establishment is always so pristine and clean. The food is absolutely amazing my mouth waters over the pizza, the unicorn churros, I have to say that Maurice and his team have made a complete 180 of what this Chuck E. Cheese used to be to what it is today! I would give Maurice and his team 100 stars if I could! And of course, Himself Mr cheese my son is one of his biggest fans. I’m sure he doesn’t realize he’s a rat lolol but I don’t care and obviously my son doesn’t either lol but Chuck e always come out every time we are there sometimes twice & he’s always dancing and interacting with the kids, taking pictures, giving hugs the birthday kids always feel so special and every time we’re there he always takes a picture with my son no matter how many times he’s done it in that one week, I can’t speak highly enough about this place! Not only is it cost-efficient and a great place to bring your kids for honestly just a few dollars an hour or two for complete and utter fun but it’s just great for the family. I highly recommend Chuck E. Cheese Hicksville to anyone that has children and is young at heart! We will continue to come here twice a week at minimum, in fact, we were just there on Sunday and I already plan to go back on Wednesday! They never disappoint. I guarantee they will exceeded your expectation. They always do mine! Kid-friendliness: Maurice, his team mattt yamie jack absolutely amazing and chuck e we love him we are his biggest fans!!!
