My daughter celebrated her birthday here. It was a fun filled outing for our family and friends. Everyone enjoyed the drinks and Pizza. There are many games for kids and adults. I only wish that the remaining points in the play cards can be reused. Service: Dine in Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had the worst experience with the "manager" in charge, she was yelling at me because my kid open the trampolin door, (paid for my 2 kids bracelets $24.00 plus games) the door was closed but he is 4 and doesn't know how to read instructions and she got extremely angry and started cursing and I heard her and I got angry as well. She should not work on that environment arrond kids if she doesn't have the kindness and understanding. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently visited Chuck E. Cheese, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The manager at this location is incredibly helpful and friendly. They were attentive to our needs and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout our visit. What truly stood out was the dedication of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that all the kids were having a fantastic time while maintaining a safe environment. It's evident that they genuinely care about the children's enjoyment and well-being. The combination of a welcoming manager and a staff that goes the extra mile to ensure everyone has a great time and stays safe makes Chuck E. Cheese a top-notch family entertainment destination.
