While out on vacation from different city last day here in San Jose we decided to visit Chuck E. Cheese at this San Jose location. 1st 15 mins had a great experience up till system network down which cause all game system down. Asked few employees which not sure network will come back up. Spent the money here on food and games but sat here wasting time and money. My kids are bored. I’m hoping issue will get address soon. The company really should do something about it quick. Very disappointing especially we’re 8 hrs away from home. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Chuck E Cheese Pizza, Large Pizza

Terrible experience, the system was down,couldn't play any games. They kept telling us 30 minutes, after 2hrs,ended up getting a refund. Had to pay 45 dollars for a unicorn toy,so my 3yr old granddaughter wouldn't be mad Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $30–50
