I was so surprised that an arcade in brea mall, it so reminds me of Chuck E Cheese. Even though it’s just an arcade. Still, I love the video games. Can’t wait to come back there again!

It's a cool little arcade, the game's are a little crowded. Everything is brand new, a blast from the past game wise. A bit on the price per each game but if you want to just hang out and revisit games from the 90s(Pac-Man Donkey Kong etc) this is a quick change of pace. Customer service was not very welcoming, nobody greeted me or said anything with several chance's to do so.

I was having high hopes when this location opened. First of all the location is very small. If the concept was to cater to adults it should have been more 80s and 90s arcade games and no redemption games. The concept of Chuck's arcade should have been more of a barcade that serves food & cocktails and TV screens for sporting events. Something like Dave & Buster's. Adults are not going to be spending hours here. This is more cater to children not adults. I don't see this location lasting very long. Whoever at corporate decided that this was going to be catered to adults they made a huge mistake. You need to scrap this location and start over. Make it more of a bar arcade that serves food and cocktails make it 21 and over. Was it worth coming here? No! To me this is more of a children's arcade just a more modern version of it. Whoever at corporate signed off for this should be let go. This concept in long-term is going to be a waste of money for the company. Again if you want to make this an adult experience, Here's my advice. To reiterate make this more of a bar arcade restaurant type experience 21 and over and don't open them in malls. People are not going to go out on a weekend night and then have to leave early because the mall closes. You need to open these locations outside of malls with a concept I mentioned.
