Overall very satisfied, I got the Victor’s Beefy Burrito and it was great. HUGE portion size. Potato skins were good. I’m not crazy about their pizza (I’ve only had slices), the crust and pepperoni were tasty though. Very friendly service, I will definitely be back. 5/22/25. I ordered a steak sandwich that comes with lettuce, tomato, & and cheese. I asked for No cheese and the garlic spread that the old ow er used. After arriving home. I found that I received a PLAIN steak sandwich with a little garlic spread. No lettuce or tomato. I gave an extra dollar for a tip. I called to tell them and the guy who took my order remembered me and said that he told him about the lettuce and tomato. The only thing he said was "I apologize" He never offered any adjustments. All I had was toasted bread and steak! No customer service background for the new owners in my opinion. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I loved them!! chucks was the best, until I ordered a taco salad and there was a rusty metal staple in it. My daughter and I share this salad all the time. It made me worried sick what if she would've ate it. What if there was another staple? Honestly I can't say I'll be back ever! Super dangerous and careless!!
