So me and my buddy went to Chuck’s roadhouse today in Ingersoll and what an absolute gong show the place doesn’t have anywhere near enough employees waitress running around with her head cut off, which was very sad to see her having to do so much work and probably not getting paid that well Very nice young lady to deal with and I hope the company does something to make her job a lot easier especially when the place was full, and she was the only one that I saw actually working out on the floor Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$30–40 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

My wife and I were there last night. After waiting 55 minutes for our food, her filet mignon came out blood rare. Sent it back and waited 30 minutes for another one. My food was ice cold. Cook came out to deliver the second steak and his body odor was so bad that we thought we were going to vomit -- it lingered for at least 10 minutes after he was gone. If that's his personal hygiene, I shudder to think of the state of his kitchen and food care? Disgusting. Also, they add a 3% shaft the customer theft tax to every bill. Do not ever eat here!
