Soooo ask the price before you order, especially if you are a tourist. Apparently they charge extra for speaking in English to you. Horrible to witness tourists taken advantage of. Shame on this restaurant for doing that. Meal type: Dinner

Chumar Restaurant is a Puerto Rican gem! The fried fish is crispy perfection, paired with the coldest beer I’ve ever had. The shrimp and chicken empanadillas burst with authentic local flavor.
