Such an awful place to be to be honest! When I wanted used the toilet, another staff member was already in there, and when she walked out, she didn’t bother washing her hands. I was also horrified by the cleanliness of their toilets - I can tell they don’t care as it was very unclean (probably one of the dirtiest toilets I’ve ever seen in a while). When I tried to wash my hands, I realised that there was no soap in the dispenser. I asked another staff member if they had more soap, and he just handed me a big bottle and basically expected me to refill their soap dispenser for them (at this point, we were the only customers in the restaurant so it’s not like they were busy - he simply didn’t care). Besides my issues with cleanliness, the staff aren’t that friendly and not attentive to their customers. We have to call out loudly and repeatedly for someone to come to us because they’re too busy chatting amongst themselves and would even seem pissed off when we need something. They also pick who they provide good service to, which I honestly thought was super unusual. The security guard provided better service than the restaurant staff! Overall, it’s such an awful place and it’s just not worth it.
