Today, we visited this restaurant for lunch and ordered the BBQ Cheesy Chicken and Katsu Chicken. Unfortunately, the food was only average in taste, but the biggest disappointment was the extremely poor behaviour and attitude of the staff. I came here with a friend to give her a nice treat, but the entire experience was ruined because of the way we were treated. I am paying for the food and service, not to sit there and watch such unacceptable attitudes from the staff. The serving style was the worst I have ever experienced, and I have never faced such behaviour at a restaurant before. What makes it even more disappointing is that this kind of attitude was being shown towards two girls who were simply there to enjoy their meal. One of the staff members was named Masood, and I believe I also spoke with the manager, but there was no care, apology, or effort from their side to handle the situation. Based on my experience, I would strongly not recommend anyone visit this restaurant. Good food matters, but respect, professionalism, and proper customer service matter just as much. Unfortunately, this restaurant failed completely in providing a pleasant dining experience. Meal type: Lunch Service: 1

Recently visited Chunk and had a really great experience! The food quality was amazing, every item was fresh and full of flavor. The environment was সুন্দর, clean, and very comfortable for spending time with friends and family. Their staff behavior and service were also very impressive and professional. Everything was served nicely and on time. Definitely one of the best places to enjoy good food and chill time. Highly recommended! Will visit again soon.
