We've had deliveries and collected for months from here, but tonight's meal was very disappointing, fish was very wet and greasy and some of the chips were hard and bitty, won't put us off just yet as one bad meal won't spoil the dozens of good ones, hopefully better next time. Thanks for the reply, like I said one disappointed meal doesn't spoil the the other great meals we've had so will be back for more Normal service resumed, last night's meal was once again delicious .. We're really sorry that your meal didn't meet the high standards you normally expect from us, especially after dozens of good meals!We've recently been trialling some new packaging, and we've found that in very hot conditions it can trap steam, which can make the fish lose its crispness and become moist. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We'll be looking at ways to improve the packaging, either by venting it better or making changes to prevent this from happening again.We're really pleased to hear that you found the service to be good, and we appreciate you recognising that this was one disappointing meal after many good ones.
