The skinny Girl that works inside was very rude and she didn’t help me while waiting at counter food was Old dry. Also they dont give u napkins or hot sauce u have to ask. They need new works they dont even wear gloves disgusting place. Hopefully hire ups see this. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Used to be the last place with corn on the cob..chicken’s still good though. So the (food) went down, the (service) has always been bitchy and makes me wonder if I should be questioning my food, the (atmosphere) is greasy but not even located near a bar, they need to move it next to a bar like mule creek saloon, or even Brookside which should tone down the shooter atmosphere over there. Just saying. You’d both make more money. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Today the service I received was just horrible. I walked into the store to pick up an order for door dash and the associate was very rude as she yelled we are closed. I explained I’m her to pick up a door dash order and the female associate whom had a hickie in her neck abruptly said the order was already picked up very rude and snarky. I asked for a manager to express the concern of her service and he stated there’s no corporate number or manager as he stated there was no one I can speak too or provide feedback regarding the service I had received. I did record the experience as the manager then stated he didn’t understand me. The owner of the Church’s in Surprise, Az should be aware of the service and brand his employees handle their customers. In addition, having hickies visible when serving customers is not professional for everyone to see. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
