Went there to get their $6.00 Big Deal Box. Advertised for $6.00. When we asked about what it was and what all comes with it. The man spoke way too fast and then got snippy when asked to repeat what he said. When he asked what sides he didn't tell us that there was an upcharge of . 50 for okra and he spoke so fast that we didn't catch that there was 2 sides that came with it, so we ended up with 2 orders of okra each. My husband got the chicken strips and I got the 2 piece leg and thighs. We didn't know that it was supposed to come with dipping sauce until we got home and looked it all up and they didn't put any in there. The jalapeno pepper that comes with it was rolled up in bags separately. The juice that wasn't drained off of it very well ended up leaking all over the main bag and saturated the bottom of the box that was on bottom making it very weak. I feel that they should put that item in a bowl with a lid to prevent this from happening . We don't go inside much anymore because there's always something wrong with their bathrooms and they have shrunk their dining room down to a quarter of what it was and enclosed off the rest of the dining room with walls. Their pop machine hasn't worked in a very long time so u have to get it for them from the drive thru area with no refills. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The drive thru microphone is out shape and I have been told to find a spot to park for small meal.When using the app at this location I just tell them I'm using the app and the on the order.the food always sealed when I do use the app and sometimes it can be fresh chicken, sometimes it's not Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The drive thru was rude, they forgot a food item we had requested, 2 of the 6 chicken strips were freezer burnt. All bad, stay away. Food: 1 Service: 1
