If you are very hungry, you can eat here. However, do not count on the quality of food or service similar to standard restaurants and Italian food. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Ciao Italia, has been in the same spot outside in front if Terminal 1 at Frankfurt / M airport for over 20 years. Even though much changes in 20 years, when in transit or connecting flights it is my favourite spot to take a break and not be inside of the actual airport building. It is surrounded by heavy construction for a long time in middle of intense hustle and bustle - this does have its impact on the overall experience... however it can be perceived as an "oasis" given the circumstances and your own state of mind.
