The food is pricey but worth it. Really tasty and have never had a bad meal here. Staff are always so welcoming and go the extra mile. Well worth a visit! A real disappointment. I had dined at Ciao Italia restaurant before and had very much enjoyed the food and experience, however on this occasion it wasn't quite the same. We arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation and were completely ignored. Members of staff could see that we were waiting to be seated, yet continued to gracefully walk past - as if we were not even there. It would have been nice to be acknowledged, apologised to, and offered a drink whilst we were waiting. We ended up walking out in the end, as after having no contact whatsoever after 25 minutes of being stood there, we decided our custom should go somewhere else. I will not ever dine in this restaurant again.
