Macleay Museum is a great attraction for tourists who come to eat at Ciccone & Sons after long walks. Trying good gelato is what many guests advise. This place scored 4.3 in the Google rating system.

Lovely place for gelato! Vibes were good! Not sure if it's a traditional unspoken rule, limited resources, or just specific to the owners' shop policy but they refused a customer's request to try a flavour. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Not letting customers taste test before buying is a big no to me (all other gelato stores in Sydney do), and I ended up buying the worst flavour to my taste (chocolate). Add 1 star for the generous portion at least, although I couldn't finish it... Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

For me, Ciccone & Sons is the best gelato in Sydney. There are many flavours to choose from. I do love Blood orange, and Buttermilk & Passionfruit flavours.
