A place to get a fairly good selection of pizza for a reasonable price. Very hectic at lunch and dinner time.

Cicis is Welcoming Tampabayites back to 1989. This place looks like its stuck in the late 1980's with the decor here. The pizza is kind of tasteless as the last review stated. This is if u are really on a tight budget because it is pretty cheap. The best pizza is the thin crust they have on the buffet line.

Pass on this place. Dirty, food is tasteless, no one knows how to get a clean plate on their return to the buffet. Trash at it's finest.
