I have been frequenting CiCi’s pizza locations across Texas for over 20 years, and this is the WORST I’ve ever experienced. They charge $2 per adult higher than any other location I’ve been to, and refused to leave my “personal” pizza at the table, claiming that their policy is that personal pizzas must be left on the buffet line. Then what makes it “personal”??? I requested deep dish crust, only to be told they had none. To top it off, I had to argue with two employees and speak with a manager because I requested that my “personal” pizza be cut in squares. The manager said I would have to “walk her through” how to cut a pizza in squares. When I expressed that his place is unlike any other CiCi’s I’ve been to, I was told “we’re franchise owned”. WOW.
