I was very turned off by the nickle and diming at this place. They are a bit higher than any other Cici’s I’ve gone to in the area. They no longer give complimentary water from the fountain but they offer bottled water for a $1. I purchased a fountain drink with my meal. The price on my receipt for my fountain drink was 80 cents higher than the listed price and when I discovered it and approached the cashier about it, all she said was sorry, the pricing on the board is outdated. That was not acceptable. They should’ve refunded the differe. Had I known that the fountain drink would be that much I would not have gotten it. That is misleading. The food was decent enough but considering all other matters, I will not return to this location. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I hosted a birthday party here. Yuri, the manager was awesome. Very welcoming & accommodating. The service was great and the place was clean. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
