We went there at 10:30am and they are still serving breakfast. We hot the sandwich set and the staff is helpful even though there is no english menu and we used google translate. The food was good. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

All the restaurants around Ciel are closed on Tuesdays, so office workers tend to flock to Ciel for lunch. For those who simply want to enjoy Ciel, we recommend going on a different day of the week or arriving during rush hours. It seems that he was only able to quit working at night from February 12, 2020. So now it's only morning and afternoon.
