I went to the Cayce, SC location inside of Pilot and was disappointed. I could smell the deliciousness when I walked in and I had not had Cinnabon in years so I was super excited. When I walked to the counter no one was there so I waiting about a minute and the employee came out from back and apologized immediately and went to the oven to start removing items then turned to me and said “I have absolutely nothing today” and looked at me. I politely said “okay, thank you” and she “you’re welcome” and let me leave. No offer of when anything would be available. So disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
