I ordered a classic combo and the staff didn’t bring it for more than 15 minutes And when i went to ask they were preparing another order that came after me And in top of that the staff who took my order was pretending that she don’t hear me It was so frustrating and horrible experience. Feb 12 2026 The new boy who was preparing my order has full my one of cinnabon with Nutella almost it taste nothing but Nutella. He should ask first before putting this big amount. Is my second Visit and is never happened before! And the guy with him was laughing without reason when I was paying the order . At least he may give good training when he saw the staff doing that to people food?? Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
