The person in the counter (he said his name is Hossam, but I doubt!). I ordered a small pecanbon and lemonade. He is not paying attention obviously, because there is no lemonade given. And when I asked where is my drink, he answered in a discourteous manner - I DID NOT HEAR, WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? I guess this guy has some issues. Doesn't know CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE.
