I was at the Springfield Mall location at 6:56 this evening. I ordered a Cinnabon with pecans they told me 9 mins ok cool. After 12 mins I went back to counter they said 2 mins. Finally I went back at 7:34 to get my money back like how in the hell does it take over 30 mins to receive my order? No sense of urgency no apology NOTHING!!!! Service: 1
