I waited 50 minutes for one “Old Skool” cinnamon roll at Cinnaholic Gourmet Bakery. That is completely unreasonable for a single cinnamon roll, regardless of how good it may taste. The service was terrible, and when it finally arrived, the only response was, “I’m sorry, here’s your cinnamon roll.” I appreciate the apology, but after nearly an hour, that was not enough. For a gourmet bakery, I expected much better customer service and a reasonable wait time. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning anytime soon.
