I visited in winter and the room was not heated. They had set up an ac for that but until the small airflow was actually functioning and started heating the place an hour had passed. The toilets were not heated and even though indoors they were still no fun to be there and be used. Food was good, service too but they should have heated the rooms in advance so overall customer satisfaction: 3.5 stars. Rooms: 3 Service: 5 Location: 3
