Hi Grace, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear that you and your sister enjoyed your meals, but we’re sorry that the service did not meet your expectations. Waiting 20 minutes for a check and feeling overlooked when arriving and leaving is certainly frustrating, and that’s not the experience we want our guests to have. We also apologize that your concerns about consistency over the years have left you feeling that your feedback isn’t valued. Your comments have been shared with our team so we can address these service issues and work toward providing the attentive hospitality every guest deserves, regardless of the day or time of their visit. We appreciate your continued support over the years and hope you’ll give us another opportunity to provide the experience you expect. Thank you,
 Joseph Cioffi
