I was quite disappointed with my experience at Cipriani Riyadh. The food was average and definitely didn't live up to the restaurant's reputation. What made the experience worse was the service. One of the waiters, Lunnie, had a very poor attitude. He came across as unfriendly, inattentive, and unprofessional, which made us feel unwelcome throughout the meal. In a fine dining restaurant, good service should be just as important as the food, but unfortunately that wasn't the case here. Overall, I expected much better from a restaurant with such a prestigious name. I hope they improve both the quality of the food and the customer service.
