My experience was rude and the cashier didn’t greet a lot us customers when we entered the store! As I was using the self checkout machine and I was paying for my food and she interrupted rudely and stated if what payment I was using. I didn’t ask her for anything nor did I need her help with that attitude! This is one of my favorite stores and it needs to be more engaging in the customer!

The cashier--the only employee in the store--ignored us and talked on her cell phone for out entire visit--even while we paid! As inner circle members, my husband and I are loyal to Circle K and visit routinely thanks to its tradition of cleanliness, discounts, and friendly service. We stopped at this Circle K in Byron GA on pur way home on Labor Day 2025. We were the only patrons when we entered the store. The employee behind the cash register was talking on her phone with the speaker on. No eye contact. No greeting, even though I walked right past her. She ignored us until I spoke to my husband with her back to her when she called out to me. She acted as though I had spoken to her and had somehow startled her. I replied it was nothing and went to the restroom. She continued conversing with the caller while we shopped. When we approached the counter, a man was using self checkout. She continued her conversation on the phone throughout his purchase. Maybe she spoke a word or two to him. She remaoned bent over her phone resting on the cash register while we checked out. She only spoke to me to tell me I had typed the wrong pin. No eye contact. No thanks. No greeting. She was so engrossed in her phone call that she did not even notice I her photo to send management. I hope she is fired or receives intensive training before any customers decide to avoid Circle K based on their rude treatment by this lazy, self-abaorbed cashier.

This is the first circle K that I was greeted when i walked in. The store was acceptably clean although the bathroom and parts of the store were seemingly aged.
