Fountain machine needed changing or even cleaning. Tried 3 different sodas just carbonation no flavor. The cookies they make are great!!

Stopped in on 6/20 around 4 PM for gas and a pack of Camel Menthol Silvers, and the customer service was absolutely terrible. The cashier was short, chubby, rude, argumentative, dismissive, and had face piercings like it’s 2006 she-or they ?! seemed completely uninterested in helping a customer. I repeatedly asked for Camel Menthol Silvers, and instead of listening, she kept insisting I meant something else. What should have been a simple purchase turned into an unnecessary argument. I’ve worked with the public long enough to know everyone has bad days, but this wasn’t a bad day—it was just poor customer service. If you’re going to work a register, you should know the products you’re selling and know how to speak to customers without making them feel like they’re bothering you. If you can’t do that- then work from home or in a stock room. Management may want to spend less time worrying about sales and more time training employees on basic communication and professionalism.
