Disappointing Everytime I go there half the pumps don't work or always have a problem

Went into the store purchased and Alani, when I left the store, the Alani exploded Emily the cashier with a nasty attitude advise me because it left the store that I was not able to exchange it for another one refuse to give me management information or anything was very nasty and rude in front of other customers, do not appreciate the customer service the non-the lack of customer service shall I say zero out of 10.
