I would have given no * if it let me. I went yesterday to redeem a coupon of their app coupons, one being for a free small coffee. So I'm checking out the cups, and I select the one that seems to be the smallest. Then I get the cashier to scan my coupons, and while she scans the small coffee, she realizes saying, "You can't use this coupon for a large or medium tea. I didn't know which cup was small. We don't have any small cups, and you shouldn't have gotten the tea or redeemed the coupon. YOU SHOULD HAVE ASKED FIRST In a LOUD rude manner. I said I didn't know I had to ask first. You should have small cups. And again, she repeatedly said the above. Especially when I said. " I don't it then." That made her more upset. This has happened in the past at other CK, and they handled it properly, giving me coffee whether they had the right size. Also, during this confrontation, another lady chastised me as well. I couldn't believe my eyes. She got so mad and said, "Don't serve him anymore." Wow, I said I can't believe they are fighting over this. They charged me for the coffee and had to adjust the price. So they gave me the new price and I paid. But then I said to myself, "This doesn't add up right. I checked the receipt, and they charged me for a fountain drink. So the second lady takes my refund and throws it at me. I asked for her name, and she shrugged me off with attitude all over her face. The name of the first cashier was Harsh. So I left a bit shaken thinking maybe I did something wrong. Unbelievable!! To to it off they a training class on site to witness this event.
