I am absolutely appalled by how my son was treated at this store on Thursday, June 11, 2026 My son purchased three Red Bulls (buy two, get one free) and two Polar Pops. After paying for his items, he handed the bag to his little cousin and went to the restroom. When he returned to his truck and was preparing to leave, an employee came into the parking lot, knocked on his window, and told him the manager wanted to speak with him. The manager then brought my son back into the store and questioned him in front of other customers about what he had purchased and whether he had paid for everything. My son explained exactly what he bought and confirmed that he had paid for all of it. He even offered to show the total amount of his purchase and suggested they review the security footage together. What makes this even more upsetting is that the manager admitted she was already looking at his receipt and could see what he had purchased. If she had the receipt in hand, why was my son being publicly interrogated and repeatedly asked if he had paid for everything? According to my son, even the employee who watched him use the self-checkout told the manager she did not see him steal anything and had watched him scan his items. Several customers also spoke up and expressed that the situation was being handled incorrectly. As a mother, I am furious that my son was embarrassed, humiliated, and treated like a criminal without evidence. No customer should be called back from the parking lot and publicly accused of theft based solely on someone's assumption. If there was a concern, it should have been investigated professionally and privately before subjecting a paying customer to such treatment. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope store leadership addresses how this situation was handled. No one deserves to be treated this way.

LOVE it here. I live 2-3 min from the 415 CK, but will make the 10 min drive to this one, because the other in Port Allen is 2 star at best. This store is always clean, the coffee station is always stocked up, and the employees honor promotions if the system doesnt update correctly. Staff is so kind, and remembers me and my usual items to grab behind the counter. This Circle K is great, clean inside & out and has wonderful staff! **cannot comment too much on gas $$ prices, as it fluctuates for different reasons, which is not on them! Still reasonable & compareable to close by stations**
